Anxiety Counseling
Counseling for adults and older adults experiencing anxiety connected to caregiving, health uncertainty, grief, relationships, major change, chronic responsibility or boundaries.
Your experience does not have to fit a perfect label.
- Adults living with persistent worry
- People facing health uncertainty or major change
- Caregivers scanning for the next problem
- Older adults facing health or independence changes
- People whose anxiety leads to avoidance or over-control
Something feels harder to carry than it used to.
- Your mind runs through worst-case scenarios
- You feel tense or unable to settle
- Decisions become exhausting
- Reassurance helps only briefly
- Sleep, concentration or boundaries are affected
These experiences are not a diagnosis. They are starting points for a conversation about what is happening and what kind of support may fit.

Learn more about KristinQuestions people often ask
Do I need an anxiety diagnosis?
No. Counseling can address worry, stress and avoidance without a prior diagnosis.
What if anxiety is caused by a real situation?
Counseling does not assume concerns are irrational. It can help clarify what can be acted on and how to cope more sustainably.
Is anxiety counseling available by telehealth?
Yes, for adults physically located in Florida during the session.
What is the free consultation?
The free 10–15 minute call is a brief prospective psychotherapy fit and inquiry call. It is not treatment, an assessment appointment or Family Consultation & Aging Care Planning.
Ask about current psychotherapy openings.
Availability varies by service, schedule and appointment format. An inquiry is not a promise of an opening.
