AlignCare Counseling is a specialized adult and older-adult counseling practice focused on grief, caregiving, aging and major life transitions. Services are delivered primarily through telehealth across Florida, with limited in-person appointments in Venice.

AlignCare was built for concerns that rarely exist in isolation.
Grief may overlap with caregiving. Trauma may surface during retirement or illness. Anxiety may be tied to real family responsibilities. Older adults may be balancing loss, independence and changing relationships all at once.
That context matters. Care begins by understanding the person, the pressures around them and the change they actually want—not by reducing them to a diagnosis or offering vague reassurance.
